At Richey Property Management, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to use products and services that increase our customer experience and make our processes more efficient. So, we’re talking today about some of the new things we have done and systems we have implemented to achieve these goals.
Online Applications
On our website, we’ve created an online application which we expect will streamline the process of submitting an application, processing the application, screening, and getting good tenants into your property as quickly as possible. We have worked deliberately on this project, because it was very important to us that our screening standards not be compromised. We want to make sure those applications are screened thoroughly, and we are ensuring that everything works together successfully.Growth and Restructuring
We have added a number of properties to our management portfolio, and we now have a Director of Property Management who oversees everything associated with those properties. She has many years of property management experience, and has been in the industry since 1999. She is our main point of contact for all our property owners. She works well with our whole team and oversees the entire management process from leasing to maintenance. With her help, our communication levels will be maintained and everyone will be satisfied with the way we are doing business. We have also reshuffled our staff and their duties to make sure everyone is doing what they do best. It’s a team approach that serves our owners and properties. We feel this has been working really well and we’re getting very positive feedback. We look forward to moving on and continuing our growth.Continuing Education
We are always looking for ways to learn. We’re involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and our
attendance at conferences and seminars means we can bring back best practices from people all over the country so we know what’s working in our market.
